How to order your stationery

If time allows, we recommend ordering samples of your chosen designs prior to placing an order. Foreign language printing is free of charge.

What happens next?

1 We send you written confirmation {allow 1 week} of your order with free proofs for you to approve, sign and return to us.

2 We provide you with a delivery date when proofs have been returned to us. Work will then begin on your wedding stationery.

3 Prior to your delivery date, we send you an invoice requesting the final balance to be paid. After payment has been received, we despatch your order to your chosen delivery address.

Printed Stationery Orders

We request a 50% deposit for printed stationery orders. Please allow 6 weeks for creation of printed stationery. If you cannot wait this long, we offer an urgent stationery order service.

Small Orders

Depending on how busy we are, we may be able to deliver very small orders within 20 working days. Full payment is requested at time of ordering.

Advance Stationery Orders

Due to demand, we allow couples to secure advance bookings with a 25% deposit at time of order {8 months - 2 years in advance}.

We send you written confirmation of the order and a proofs delivery date. Proofs are sent immediately or a month before work begins on your stationery. We request final payment of the outstanding amount {remaining 75% of total order} prior to delivery.

Urgent Stationery Orders

For urgent stationery orders that cannot wait 6 weeks, we may be able to deliver within 20 working days. Availability is dependent on how busy our orderbooks are.

We ask for full payment of your total order and a rush fee of £40. Please ask - we always try to be as flexible as possible. Note that reception stationery items can be delivered nearer your wedding day. Bespoke commissions are not accepted as rush orders.

We accept credit & debit cards payment via Paypal. We will email you an electronic invoice on receipt of your order. There is a 4% Paypal handling fee. For international orders - please discuss with us.
